If you choose a different length stay, there is a minimum of 3 nights required, for your convenience the rate per night is displayed below.

Low Season

Low season is from April 26th to November 21st.

Weekly Rates for 7 days, 6 nights are as follows:

Option 1: $6,550 for the entire villa with 4 ensuites
Option 2: $6,000 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $5,550 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $5,250 for the entire villa with 1 ensuite

3 Nights Stay are as follows:
Option 1: $3,275 for the entire villa with 4 ensuites
Option 2: $3,000 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $2,775 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $2,625 for the entire villa with 1 ensuites

Night Rates are as follows:
Option 1: $1,092 for the entire villa with 4 ensuites
Option 2: $1,000 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $925 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $875 for the entire villa with 1 ensuites

High Season

High seasons are from January 4th to April 25th, and from November 22nd to December 16th.

Weekly Rates for 7 days, 6 nights are as follows:

Option 1: $8,950 for the entire villa with four ensuites
Option 2: $8,500 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $8,000 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $7,500 for the entire villa with one ensuite

3 Nights Stay are as follows:
Option 1: $4,475 for the entire villa with 4 ensuites
Option 2: $4,250 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $4,000 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $3,750 for the entire villa with 1 ensuites

Night Rates are as follows:
Option 1: $1,492 for the entire villa with 4 ensuites
Option 2: $1,417 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $1,333 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites

Christmas & NYE

This is from December 17th to January 3rd.

Option 3: $12,000 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites

Night Rates are as follows:

Option 2: $2,183 for the entire villa with 3 ensuites
Option 3: $2,000 for the entire villa with 2 ensuites
Option 4: $1,900 for the entire villa with 1 ensuites

Rates for Little Bay House vary by season, length of stay, and number of ensuites occupied. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to 10% BVI Accommodation Tax and a 10% service charge, depending on package.
